The lovely Hannah over at Budding Smiles has handed the Blogging to Jogging baton over to me for this week while she works on a new design for her blog and I am honored to be your host this week. I’ll be honest, when Blogging to Jogging started earlier this year, I was all up for joining in every week and getting myself fit again, but so far my efforts have failed.
However, inspired by all of your amazing progress, I have downloaded the NHS Couch to 5k App last week and am slowly building myself up to that all important 5km goal and a healthier more active lifestyle.
I’m really excited to read all about your health and fitness activity this week, I am counting on you to keep me going and inspired to stay on my toes not on my bum!
