If there’s one thing I’ve learned about meal times with a little one it’s that there is no chance any of you are getting out clean! I cannot tell you how many of her outfits now don a lovely orange stain so we now often just resort to stripping her down each time we sit down for dinner. However, for times when it’s just not practical to strip her down to her nappy to eat her tea, we’ve turned to a trusted children’s brand to help keep stains at bay!
Best Selling children’s nutrition & food author, Annabel Karmel has teamed up with Bibetta to launch a range of beautiful & practical Ultrabibs designed to protect little one’s clothes from all the mess that ensues at meal times. If anyone can empathise with parents when it comes to messy meal times Annabel can with many of her recipes put together to encourage little one’s to taste a range of beautiful colourful & flavourful foods. The Ultrabib is made from naturally waterproof, soft and stretchy neoprene complete with a little fold out pocket ideal for catching those discarded morsels that tots love to go back to.
Unlike many, the Ultrabib is available in an edition with sleeves which to me is just genius in my view. They’re elasticated at the cuffs ensuring that clothing sleeves are protected from getting mucky and covered in food.
The Annabel Karmel designs are vibrant and bold and feature her signature apple emblem and are currently available in pink, blue & green.
While it is machine washable, I think perhaps the only draw back is that it’s not wipe clean. As a mother, my washing pile is just never ending and constantly overflowing and so anything that adds to that, in my view is a little bit of a pain!
At £11.99 each plus p+p they’re definitely handy to have in your changing bag or to hand when you’re serving up something deliciously messy!
